Coronavirus - Has China lost control?

Updated: Mar 25, 2020

The issue of the Coronavirus is really not being taken as seriously as it should be. We all know that the spread of viruses are always exponential in numbers. If you think about something like the flu, for which we actually have vaccines and treatments for, one infected person in an office can get everyone sick. The same way the flu can be spread by coughing or sneezing, is the same method of transfer for the Coronavirus. We need to be really concerned of the humanitarian rights of the people living in regions that are in danger of this deadly contagion.

With that said, I have spoken about the city of Wuhan being on complete lock-down because of the suspicion that this area is ground zero for the virus. Several viral videos posted on Facebook have shown that people in these cities have already started undergoing discrimination from other cities. I even saw a video recently where a cab driver kicked out a passenger after finding out he was from Wuhan, and saw him coughing. The lack of protection via the method of wearing masks is also a huge problem because there is actually a huge shortage of these protective mechanisms. Imagine, living in a constant state of fear of contacting a virus and the government not doing nearly enough to keep the public safe from such threats.

Another event that I saw that startled me, was that certain apartment buildings which were known to house people from the city of Wuhan, was completely locked off because people were afraid its inhabitants carried the virus. Can you imagine this? Living in a time where instead of being provided humanitarian help, you are being excluded from society because you are suspected to carry a virus for no fault of your own? The reason I am very disgusted at these events, is that China has also refused help from the Western world to help combat this phenomenon. As we know, the Chinese Communist Party does not want to accept aide because this would entail providing access to the inner goings on of the society. It is very possible that with good research, we could discover that the research center in Wuhan was actually the cause of this whole ruckus. Of course, this is just a theory and we do not have substantial evidence for that yet, but it is something to keep in mind.

I recently also saw a post on Facebook which gave the projected numbers of what such an outbreak would do in such a densely populated area like China. The numbers were astonishing that within as little as one month, we could have infection within the millions. The chart below shows the predicted numbers of infections going all the way through February. In certain instances, it looks like we are even surpassing the predictions and this is a very scary reality.

What do we need to do about all this?

It is my strong belief that by China refusing assistance and aide from the Western world, they are really endangering the whole planet. By constantly posting about the inner reality of China, which is hard to do because of the state controlled media, I am hoping to communicate to my viewers the seriousness of such an outbreak. We must blow off the lid off of the secrecy that exists around exposing the true costs of this situation. We must work together as one world to fight off a possible mass killing due to negligence. After talking to a few friends and family back in China, I have come to discover that they are all being advised to stay indoors even after this festive period. There is growing fear that without help from organizations such as WHO that this outbreak cannot be contained.

I've also mentioned in previous articles about my concern for my people in East Turkistan(AKA Xinjiang). There are currently a large number of Uyghur people in detention centers that live in very unsanitary conditions. It is certain that if this virus were to spread to this region, there will be mass casualties to a lot of people. I am very concerned and really encourage people to continue calling on health organizations to pressure China into accepting the assistance of the Western world in this dire situation. As a moral citizen of the planet earth, I encourage you all to support the cause for freeing the Uyghur people, at the same time ensuring their safety while they are in these detention centers.

Another way to support the cause, is to continue following me through this journey. You can SUBSCRIBE to my YouTube channel where I continue talking about important issues that face the Uyghur people.

Stop the use of slave labor in order to produce the goods and services we currently enjoy. Many big companies such as Apple and H&M use these factories where Uyghurs are forced to work. Support the cause to end slave labor.
